At Administrative Staffing we work closely with you at each stage of the search process, keeping you updated and receiving your feedback throughout. This proven approach is designed to ensure a precise match between your needs and the candidate’s qualifications.

To Start

First and foremost, we need to gain an understanding of the role and your organization. We will work with you to develop an overview of the position and to assess the qualifications as well as the “soft” skills that are required for the role. We can help you develop the job responsibilities and requirements for the role and provide current market salary data that reflects a wide range of qualifications. We will review our process with you and establish a timeline that suits your needs.

Next Steps

We start the search. Using our comprehensive database, website advertising, learning institutions and networking we gain access to candidates. This includes candidates who are actively pursuing a career change as well as those who are not looking but may be open to new opportunities presented to them. We select the top candidates using a variety of techniques including skills testing, behavioural-based interviewing, and comprehensive reference-checking.

Next we present you with a short-list of top candidates. We will brief you on each candidate, reviewing such things as skills and experience, software knowledge, salary expectations as well as the reason the candidate is interested in the role.

Ensuring success

We arrange for you to meet with the selected, pre-qualified candidates. We can provide guidance but, of course, the ultimate choice is yours. Once you’ve made your selection, we take care of the remaining details. For permanent roles, we can assist you with drafting the terms of employment and finalizing the job offer. We act as intermediary, negotiating on your behalf. For contract positions, we manage all necessary documentation including payroll, employee remittances and contract termination procedures at the end of the work period.
